mFind Launch

After piloting an associate application we developed internally, we were preparing for a wide-scale deployment across almost all ALDO stores. To ensure the store teams were well prepared, we created launch kits to equip them with everything they needed to successfully launch. 

The kits included a personalized letter from the app team, a launch checklist, training guides, a poster with best practices and a photo backdrop for them to take their app profile photos. The unboxing experience was designed to make them feel like they were receiving a ‘gift’ to create hype around the app and to facilitate engagement and quick learning.  

To celebrate the app launch, we set up a booth at the office to showcase the new app, let associates try it out and to give them the opportunity ask the Product team any questions around the experience, development and deployment of the app.
